Bill and Juanita Moon

Bill and Juanita Moon are also a part of our adopted missionary family.  The Moons are retired missionaries from Mozambique and Swaziland.  They served 25 years in Swaziland where Bill was manager for a block of schools that the church operates.  Juanita worked in clinics that were a good distance away from area hospitals.

They were later assigned to Mozambique for another 7 years.  Mozambique at that time was a war torn country.  Many of the roads had hidden mines in them, because of those dangers they had to live in Swaziland and fly into Mozambique to work.

After 32 years of work as missionaries, the Moons retired in 1988.  They currently reside in Colorado.  They have two married children and four adult granddaughters.  In August of 2010, the Moons celebrated 64 years of marriage.

Keep the Moons in your prayers as we pray for God's blessings in their lives.
